Therapeutic Foot Soak - Vettiver 100 gm

A foot soak is relaxing and can have many health benefits. Foot soaks may help ease muscle soreness. Typically, people use a foot soak to ease muscle soreness.

Fill a basin or foot spa with enough warm water to cover the feet up to the ankles.

Add 1/3 a pack of our Foot soak mix to the water.

Place the feet in the soak for about 20 to 30 minutes.

Dry thoroughly after the soak and then moisturize the feet.

Moisturizing is important to prevent dryness

Once a week is the recommended frequency.

Do not use it if you have any injury on the foot.
